Dryclean.ie has just launched the answer to end all traffic and parking nightmares when you drop off your dry-cleaning. Dryclean.ie is a new innovative internet booking system linking you to your local dry cleaner and giving you access to a wide range of dry cleaning, laundry and ironing services both at work and at home. You can log on to www.dryclean.ie and connect to your local professional Dryclean.ie outlet. They will provide a free collection and delivery service for your dry cleaning, ironing and laundry needs.

At Your Service
The @work service will involve regular twice weekly collections and deliveries to and from your office and the @home service will operate between 6pm-9pm during a 60 minute window of your choice. The service has recently launched with outlets servicing Dublin 7, Leopardstown and Foxrock initially. The service will expand throughout Dublin City and County areas in the coming weeks and the rest of the country over the next year.

Goulds Timber Products, a start-up run by Andrew Gould, manufactures a variety of swing and patio sets, picnic tables, outdoor timber garden buildings, decking and fencing. In years gone past Andrew’s father John Gould operated a saw mill at the premises and today the old saw mill yard is used by Goulds Timber Products as a base for the manufacture of a selection of high quality garden furniture, and as a depot for the distribution of timber and prepacked garden sheds.

Finest Quality
All products are hand-made onsite and the finest quality timber is selected for use. The timber is kiln dried and pressure-treated to ensure its strength and durability. Gould identified a need for quality finished timber products and presently supplies a number of garden centres and hardware retailers.

Fitzpatrick Food Services t/a as Cavan Country Produce was set up in by Aidan and Geraldine Fitzpatrick. This new start-up is based in Cootehill and manufactures a wide range of prepacked and deli bar salads for the functional shopper. The company also provides catering services for a wide variety and size of function from weddings to christenings.

The company has grown rapidly expanding its capacity and range of customers and was selected as winner of the 2006 County Cavan Enterprise Awards.

Aidan Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in the food business and prior to setting up his business, he worked with a larger local food company for ten years where he was Production Manager. He has also completed various courses over the years in food hygiene, management, and business.
