"This appealed to me," says Duke, who goes on to say that choosing a franchise has some fantastic benefits. "Landlords prefer to deal with established organisations rather than individual operators. We also benefited from store designers, suppliers and staff training." The process for starting with Nosh + Coffee is very helpful. According to Duke, "we paid a refundable deposit and began to look for property. Once we secured a property we signed our franchise contracts and paid our franchise fee."
